Our Approach

Improving your quality of life through sustainable recovery and optimal mobility

Dear Reader,

You are here because you yourself or someone you know is in pain.

You are looking for relief and a solution and we are here to help you with that.

Pain relief and recovery may sound simple, but it is not straight-forward for some, and for a few, it may get harder before it gets better.

It is complicated and it is hard work.

When we are in pain, others hurt with us, and for us as well. Not infrequently, our injuries or pain lead to fears, frustration and anxiety.

Rest assured, we know.

You will not be alone in the healing process. We are here with you.

Who are we?

We have over 20 years’ experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of complex, acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. We have journeyed with patients of all ages – from children to the elderly- in their rehabilitation and recovery from various orthopedic conditions. Our evidence-based practice is guided by an innate intuition for recovery we developed over these 2 decades of helping patients.

Helping You Move

Motus is latin for Movement, and this is what we at PhysioMotus aims to help you with.

From working with a wide spectrum of patients and caregivers in general hospitals and at my private practice, I have come to appreciate how crucial movement is to our quality of life.

Movement can be climbing the stairs, carrying your own bag, standing long hours in a kitchen or even putting on a shirt. They can be so simple or even mundane in our daily functioning, we take them for granted.

It also means being able to return to work, school, socializing with your friends, or be active again in your favourite sport.

We work closely with doctors, therapists, clinical pilates instructors and caregivers to give you an optimal, sustainable recovery.

In short, we want to help you take your movements for granted again.
